Delivery & Refund Policy
Once your order is created, it will take 7 working days for the item to be delivered.
Langit Collective provides delivery service in Klang Valley areas – Klang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya,Puchong, KL, Wangsa Maju/ Ampang, Gombak, Kajang, Semenyih, Selayang, Sg. Buloh, Cheras.
For places outside of Klang Valley, we are using EasyParcel courier for the delivery service. Delivery charge is base on auto calculation by EasyParcel.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can request for cancellation within 1 day after the payment and order created. Your order will be cancelled immediately and we will process the refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products replacement are only applicable to defective products, products damaged at the time of receipt, and when incorrect products received.
You just need to send proof of the defective product to email@example.com
If you wish to get refund instead of replacing product, just email us and we will help you!
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
