  • 100% first extraction of soy sauce. Harvested from the brewing urns after brewing for 9 months under the Malaysian sun.
  • Rich aroma, thick umami with a sweet aftertaste.
  • Best for drizzling on cooked dishes, using as a dip, or simply eating as it is.

1 x Gula Melaka Soy Sauce 200g 

  • Natural and pure Gula Melaka is melted into the soy sauce
  • A balance of saltiness and sweetness, and with pure palm sugar fragrance.
  • Can be used as a drizzle on fresh dishes or coating on grilled dishes

1 x Pomelo Light Soy Sauce 190g 

  • Mu Artisan’s special house blend debut. A well-rounded umami base with a touch of citrus, best used as a dressing or dipping sauce.
