Pulut Sia' - Heirloom Red Glutinous Rice 红糯米

Pulut Sia' is light, fragrant and packs a slightly nutty flavour. This rare heirloom variety is traditionally planted in the highlands without chemicals, the paddies are grown in cooler temperatures, in fields irrigated by cool and clear water from the surrounding mountains.
