In this second collaborative recipe with Farm Foodies , we made a refreshing sauerkraut sauce that's really easy to make. And we're certain it won't disappoint. It's creamy and citrusy taste makes a good substitute for store-bought sauces or just as simple as spreading it over a good piece of sourdough.

Pound black peppercorns until coarse and leave aside.
In a blender, add in sauerkraut, passion fruit, lemon juice, a pinch of pepper and honey.
Blend them until it’s smooth
Add in olive oil and give it another quick blend.
Once ready, you can bottle them and use them for your next meal.
